Sri Lankischer Kulturverein Bern (SLKV)

The purpose of the association is to represent the interests of the Sri Lankan community in the Bern region. The general objectives of the association are as follows: promoting unity and a sense of community among the Sri Lankan population in the Bern region; organizing social and cultural activities in accordance with the traditions of the Sri Lankan community; community prayers and religious activities; promoting young people and future Sri Lankan generations, as well as conveying culture, language, traditions, and religious beliefs; actively engaging in the integration of the Sri Lankan community into Swiss society. The cultural center is open to all and thus relies on direct interaction with its fellow human beings; daily meetings and events within the cultural center.
