The company's purpose is to operate a therapy center, including the practice of therapies as well as all training activities, private and group lessons, seminars, consulting and coaching services. The company may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate, excluding any activity prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, it may participate in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans or guarantees to its associates and, in general, engage in any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
