The company may undertake all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may establish branches and take participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish identical or similar companies. It may also acquire, sell, rent, manage and construct residential buildings, commercial and industrial premises, subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as all activities directly or indirectly related thereto.
