The AMIS Foundation is a promotional foundation with the goal of supporting activities in the fields of social affairs, education, culture, and the environment in Switzerland. It supports cultural initiatives with youth programs as well as cultural concepts with high artistic quality and original character. It promotes institutions and projects that foster interpersonal relationships. It provides contributions for the development and implementation of innovative and/or sustainable nature conservation projects. The foundation primarily supports organizations and individuals whose work is characterized by idealism, high personal commitment, and excellent expertise/experience. The foundation is ideologically, politically, and religiously independent. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit.
