The foundation aims to implement the collectively agreed early retirement for employees in the natural stone trade and industry between the founders. It provides the following benefits exclusively in accordance with the regulatory provisions: Bridging pensions for a maximum of three years before reaching the ordinary retirement age according to the AHV in the event of voluntary retirement from working life; Reimbursement of contributions for old-age credits BVG to recipients of bridging pensions; Substitute benefits in cases of hardship for persons who involuntarily and permanently leave the natural stone trade and industry.
