The foundation aims to promote vocational training and further education, as well as exchange, cohesion and coordination among associations and industry-related organizations in the hotel and catering industry in Central Switzerland. To fulfill these tasks, the foundation can employ staff and acquire and maintain real estate. For this purpose, the foundation can, together with partners, establish a competence center, which will provide training and administrative facilities. Specifically, the foundation offers inter-company courses and supplementary courses for trainees. It provides premises for the implementation of qualification procedures. It conducts training and further education courses for adults. In addition, it offers associations, clubs and organizations in the industry the opportunity to carry out their administrative work. The foundation is involved in professional marketing, promoting young talent and supporting professionals who work for the benefit and reputation of the industry.
