Initiation or support of undertakings aimed at promoting and deepening future quality of life in the coexistence of people and in their creative cultural and religious exchange. The foundation particularly supports cultural policy efforts to preserve cultural values and landscapes, as well as to create opportunities for creative cultural activities, dialogue, and adult education, especially for the elderly. Furthermore, it supports state policy efforts to preserve and strengthen Swiss democratic structures, to promote an active, peace-oriented foreign policy of Switzerland, and to foster understanding between peoples, cultures, and religions.
