Support of the educational mandate of the Kaufmännischer Verband Aarau-Mittelland in dual vocational and further education in the Aarau region; may establish subsidiaries or acquire educational institutions in dual vocational and further education, manage, maintain, develop and acquire real estate, buildings and infrastructure to create the best possible spatial conditions for pedagogical work, may rent out rooms outside of school operations to third parties, procure external funds in the form of mortgages and loans, sponsorship funds, donations, gifts and the like, as well as acquire and/or finance teaching materials of all kinds.
