The foundation provides financial, material and logistical support to improve the standard of living of smallholder farmers in East Africa and promotes measures to protect them from natural or economic threats to their livelihoods. Primarily, the foundation supports its own initiated projects, in particular the establishment and operation of an organic farm in Uganda, which serves as a base for material and logistical support for smallholder farmers in the region. The foundation can also provide grants to natural or legal persons who carry out similar projects for rural development in East Africa.
