The purpose of the foundation is to distribute the net income resulting from the foundation's assets to the following non-profit institutions after the expiration of the usufruct in favor of Hildegard Quinter. The distribution shall be made annually, after receipt of the approved annual accounts. For the calculation of the net income, annual provisions for renovation and maintenance of the properties belonging to the foundation's assets shall be taken into account. Provisions shall be made until they reach 2% of the building value. The corresponding annual net income shall be allocated to the following institutions, in equal parts: a) Zürcher Blindenfürsorge-Verein (Zürcher Sehhilfe), 8004 Zurich; b) Zürcher Fürsorgeverein für Gehörlose, Postfach 5231, 8050 Zurich; c) Schweiz. Vereinigung für hirnverletzte Menschen FRAGILE Suisse, 8006 Zurich; d) Stiftung Wagerenhof, Heim für Menschen mit Behinderung, 8610 Uster; e) STIFTUNG ALTRIED - Zentrum für Menschen mit Behinderung, 8051 Zurich; f) Stiftung Mühlehalde, Postfach, 8032 Zurich. In the event of the absence of one of the mentioned organizations, the available net income shall be allocated to the remaining organizations according to lit. a - f. The foundation's cash assets (cash, account balances, securities) shall primarily be used for the maintenance and renovation of the properties. To the extent that the available cash assets exceed the value of the provisions for buildings, portions of these cash assets may also be distributed to the mentioned organizations, but annually only up to a maximum of 50% of the excess amount above the provision value.
