Stiftung Kinderbetreuung im Hochschulraum Bern

The foundation promotes and ensures supplementary family care and support for children of the members of the two founders (University of Bern and Bern University of Teacher Education) and other individuals from the academic and academic-related environment in the Bern academic region. It does so, in particular, through its own offer of childcare places. In addition, it raises public awareness, the community and private individuals about the problems associated with in-family and out-of-family childcare in the Bern academic region and is available to those affected as a contact and advisory center.
