Stiftung Mütterhilfe

The purpose of the foundation is to support mothers and fathers, their partners, and individuals from the extended family system during pregnancy, childbirth, and the early childhood phase throughout Switzerland. The foundation can take all necessary actions and make all necessary decisions to achieve its purpose, including buying, selling, renting, leasing, and managing properties. The Mütterhilfe Foundation does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit. The Foundation Board can issue a foundation ordinance that defines the activities of the foundation within the framework of its statutory purpose. The Foundation Board also has the power to make amendments.
