The foundation aims to publish an annual chronicle of events in the villages of Glarus Süd and on the Urnerboden. Furthermore, it can publish individual works related to the aforementioned region in the form of books, maps, calendars, electronic data carriers, etc. or support the creation and publication of such individual works. The foundation can conduct all business and promote activities that are suitable to achieve the foundation's purpose or are otherwise beneficial to it. With this, it wants to make a contribution to the regional cohesion and cultural life, as well as to future research.
