The foundation aims to renovate, expand, renew, maintain and operate the Hotel and Restaurant Scaletta on property no. 39, plan no. 2, in the land register of the municipality of S-chanf. This house is intended to serve as a unique place of recreation for body, mind and soul, as well as a social and cultural center. The foundation may acquire additional properties and use them in the sense of paragraph 1. The foundation may operate its properties or parts thereof itself or lease them to third parties for operation. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may cooperate with institutions of public and private law on a partnership basis. If necessary to ensure the sustainable achievement of the purpose, the foundation may also sell parts of the foundation's assets or encumber real estate with mortgage liens. The foundation has a non-profit character. The foundation refrains from political activity.
