The foundation aims to advise, promote, and, if necessary, financially support young people from the final year of primary school and adults up to the age of 35 in choosing further education and training that matches their abilities. Additionally, the foundation aims to advise, promote, and, if necessary, financially support single parents in taking up and continuing employment as well as in further education, particularly also for the external care of their children. Only those who reside in the municipality or the region of Wolhusen (primarily Wolhusen, Werthenstein, Doppleschwand, Romoos, Entlebuch, Menznau, Ruswil, Buttisholz, and Willisau) are entitled to support.
