The purpose of the foundation is to support and promote sustainable development and strengthening of gymnastics in Switzerland. It contributes to the establishment of gymnastics in society and aligns with the current strategy of the Swiss Gymnastics Federation (STV). The foundation supports the activities of the STV through financial contributions. The foundation does not pursue any commercial objectives and does not aim to make a profit. It is non-profit and aims to pursue public interests. The foundation acknowledges the rules of Swiss democracy and is politically independent and confessionally neutral. The foundation aligns its actions with ethical and societal principles. The foundation can, in particular, cooperate with and/or support other organizations. It can establish and operate other legal entities or merge with them, if the purpose allows. The foundation can, within the framework of its purpose and in accordance with Art. 84 para. 2 of the Swiss Civil Code, establish restricted funds. These funds serve special projects or purposes within the overarching purpose of the foundation and are managed according to the guidelines of the foundation's fund regulations.
