The foundation aims to promote women in leadership positions in the healthcare sector in a global context and to develop new approaches to the management of healthcare institutions in order to have a positive impact on the health of the entire population. To achieve its purpose, the foundation can in particular support or commission initiatives in the field of primary and secondary research, carry out leadership and further education and training programs, finance projects, as well as enter into partnerships with third parties to create a network to promote the foundation's purpose.
