The foundation's purpose is to: create a meeting place for people who want to deepen their knowledge of the Bible together; create a place of silence, rest and contemplation for the reception of God's word and guidance; create a place where people can learn about and experience Christian teachings; provide housing for people in need. The foundation operates within the framework of its purpose in the canton of Bern.
