Promotion and co-financing of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Switzerland through the foundation's own investments; acquires church buildings, assembly and administrative rooms and their equipment, as well as apartments and their equipment, in order to make them available to the Serbian Orthodox Church in Switzerland or its parishes for church purposes and to accommodate their priests at favorable conditions; grants from the foundation to individual Serbian Orthodox parishes in Switzerland shall be conditional upon their cooperation with the foundation board and the founder, the current Serbian Orthodox parish of the Holy Trinity in Zurich, and their correct disclosure of their financial situation to the foundation board for the purpose of assessing the appropriateness of a grant; in acute emergency situations, church operating contributions may exceptionally be paid out of the foundation's current income; the use of foundation funds for non-church purposes is excluded; foundation funds may only be used in Switzerland.
