Stiftung zur Unterstützung von Betagten in Niederurnen

The foundation aims to: a. Provide support and contributions from the income of the foundation's assets and the purpose-bound funds and legacies managed by the foundation to elderly, care-dependent and needy residents of the former municipality of Niederurnen, in particular to the residents of the Feld old-age and care home in Niederurnen (Glarus Nord municipality); b. Promote and support other concerns of age-related work by institutions and individuals in the area of the former municipality of Niederurnen. The foundation may take all measures and conduct business that serves to pursue and achieve the foundation's purpose. The foundation may acquire and sell real estate and property rights. The foundation does not pursue any commercial purpose.
