The foundation aims to support people of all ages, particularly children and parents in difficult life situations, with offers of extramural care, assistance, therapy, counseling, and support, enabling those in need to stay at home and thus avoid hospital or institutional stays whenever possible. At the same time, the foundation promotes self-help and self-activity among family members, acquaintances, neighbors, and professional services. In general, the foundation strives to maintain and promote health. To this end, the foundation may establish and operate workplaces and training centers, residential communities for assisted living, restaurants, practical life and training assistance (schools), personal accompaniment, counseling centers, and similar facilities. The foundation does not pursue lucrative or commercial goals. In connection with this, the foundation may acquire, manage, and sell properties and real estate. The foundation is guided by biblical-Christian values and is interdenominational and politically neutral.
