The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is: a) The purchase and sale of real estate, provision of services related to administration, rental, brokerage, operation, maintenance and maintenance of real estate, and in general, any commercial and service activity in the field of real estate, except for actions prohibited by the LFAIE; provision of services as architect, general contractor, project manager, construction manager, engineer; creation of plans and implementation techniques in the field of construction; b) On an ancillary basis, the execution of all commercial and financial operations - whether movable or immovable (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) in direct or indirect relation to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may exercise its activity both in Switzerland and abroad.
