Strassen- und Kanalisationsgenossenschaft Fellenrüti und Züg, Engelberg

The cooperative aims to maintain the buildings and operations, as well as regulate the use of Fellenrütistrasse and Zügstrasse, including all buildings and facilities (plots of land No. 1933, 2078, 2106 and the unselbständigen Baurechte (easements) on the road on plots of land No. 483, 487, 512, 513 and 1882, all in the land register of Engelberg). Furthermore, the cooperative aims to maintain the sewage pipes serving the development of Züg and Fellenrüti, for which individual landowners have rights of passage. The cooperative may acquire, manage and sell properties, as well as enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it.
