The company may engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to this purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and, if it serves its interests, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
