The company may carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) for its own account or for the account of third parties, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches in Switzerland and abroad, and take participations in other companies with a similar or related purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this serves its interests.
