In Switzerland and abroad, in the field of sports, particularly aquatic sports, including: providing coaching, consulting, teaching, accompaniment and training services to individuals or groups; providing lifeguard services, including monitoring and securing bathers, supervising and maintaining pools and their infrastructure; operating leisure areas, particularly aquatic ones, in natural or non-natural environments (beaches, bodies of water, pools, etc.), public or private, indoor or outdoor, including management, operation and surveillance services; publishing and distributing media, training, advice, publications and other content; organizing events, conferences, exhibitions and competitions; creating, developing, operating, marketing and distributing methods, instruments and devices in any form and on any medium, particularly under the SWIMPULSE brand; buying and selling sports, wellness and food products of all kinds, particularly under the SWIMPULSE brand; designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing derivative products, particularly under the SWIMPULSE brand; developing franchises; as well as any other convergent activities. In general, all services, sales of supplies and installation of equipment having a direct or indirect link with the company's purpose. All industrial and commercial operations related to the creation, acquisition, rental, lease-management of all business assets, the lease, installation, operation of all establishments, business assets, factories, workshops, related to one or more of the specified activities above, the acquisition, exploitation or transfer of all processes, patents and intellectual property rights concerning these activities. The creation, participation, direct or indirect, by any means, in any form, in any company and any society created or to be created, and more generally all financial, movable or immovable operations, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, or commercial or industrial enterprises, in Switzerland and abroad, for its own account or for the account of third parties, which can be related to the company's purpose or to any similar or related object; all operations contributing to the realization of the company's purpose. Creation of subsidiaries or branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may engage in any activity, act or operation of any nature and importance, as long as they can contribute to or facilitate the realization of the activities mentioned in the preceding paragraphs or allow the company to safeguard its commercial and financial interests directly or indirectly. The company may: carry out all movable and immovable operations, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts that are likely to develop its purpose or relate to it directly or indirectly; exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity related to its purpose; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it favors its interests.
