Swiss Entrepreneurs AG

The company acts as a general partner for Swiss Entrepreneurs KmGK and aims to structure, establish, manage and advise companies and collective investment schemes in the area of start-up companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and related fields. The company may only be active as a general partner in a single limited partnership for collective investment schemes pursuant to Art. 98 et seq. of the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes (CISA) of June 23, 2006. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to promote the purpose of the company or are related to it.
