The creation, organization and management of events for individuals and companies, including weddings, corporate meals and other events, as well as related services such as wedding planner, home meal delivery, home chef services and online store; catering services, provision of furniture, crockery and necessary equipment, room and space rental, cooking classes, all property maintenance services both in Switzerland and abroad and hotel services, interior decoration services, event and catering services. The company may participate in other businesses in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish businesses with the same or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate operations (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE), it being specified that with regard to properties located in Switzerland, these must have an exclusively commercial use, and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may also grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this is in its interest.
