The company's purpose, as a holding company, is to acquire, hold, sell, administer, and manage interests in any commercial, industrial, or financial enterprises, whether in Switzerland or abroad, through the purchase of shares, bonds, or other forms of participation, as well as through the holding of claims in any other suitable form.
