The purpose of the company is: to acquire participations in other companies or entities and to manage them, excluding any operation prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); it may also grant loans; and accounting management. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
