To provide consulting services and other services, notably in the field of corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic and infrastructural advice, and administrative services. Furthermore, the Company's purpose also encompasses all activities that directly or indirectly support its main objective, including the establishment of branches in Switzerland and abroad, the creation or acquisition of companies or the merger with companies. It may also acquire, manage, mortgage, and sell real estate exclusively abroad. The services can be provided in Switzerland or from Switzerland to any client worldwide. In pursuing its purpose, the Company may take into account the interests of its direct or indirect shareholders. The Company may make available to third parties, including its direct or indirect subsidiaries as well as its direct or indirect shareholders or companies they directly or indirectly hold, direct or indirect loans or other financing (including within the framework of centralized cash management agreements) and grant securities of any kind, including, without limitation, pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or any guarantees for the obligations of these companies or persons, regardless of whether these are gratuitous or onerous and whether the security and guarantee are in the exclusive interest of these direct or indirect subsidiaries, these direct or indirect shareholders or the companies they directly or indirectly hold.
