The company may carry out all commercial, industrial and real estate operations necessary or useful for achieving its corporate purpose. It may carry out financial and securities transactions that are deemed necessary or useful for achieving its corporate purpose, acquire interests and participations in other companies or enterprises with a similar, related or connected purpose, both directly and indirectly, and provide guarantees and sureties, including mortgage-backed guarantees, in favor of shareholders and third parties.
