The Brain and Heart Research Foundation for Autonomic dysfunction and mortality in infants and adults (ADMIA Foundation)

The foundation aims to support research and development for the understanding and combating of human diseases. In particular, the foundation promotes the research and combating of diseases that are proven or suspected to be caused by neurological malfunctions, such as sudden infant death syndrome, as well as rare diseases whose research and combating tend to be supported with fewer resources from traditional sources, making it only possible with difficulty for young researchers. The foundation board can define the focus of the support activities itself and, if necessary, on the proposal of a scientific advisory board. The foundation pursues its purpose primarily through financial support for researchers, research and development projects, as well as institutions and organizations active in research and development.
