The Helena Charitable Foundation

The foundation's purpose is: 1. To support needy individuals and institutions, primarily in the areas of education, old age, poverty and disability. 2. To support the arts, including the performing arts, such as theater, opera, dance and performances of all kinds. These purposes can be pursued alternatively or cumulatively. The foundation can also pursue other purposes in the sense of general welfare. The foundation board determines the details. For the purpose of the foundation, the foundation can also acquire and sell real estate and properties. The foundation is active domestically and internationally. The foundation has a non-profit character.
