The company's main purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, and both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, is: (i) the purchase, sale, trade, holding, management, development, renovation of any real estate of any kind, and (ii) the provision of all services related to real estate, including public relations and consulting, brokerage, expertise, the execution of all real estate transactions, the setup and management of all real estate and commercial projects, as well as all commercial activities, in particular in the field of real estate, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations aimed at promoting the purpose and interest of the company. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies and conclude all contracts aimed at developing or achieving its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. It may grant or receive loans to/from its shareholders, as well as to/from all companies of the same group.
