THREE A SA

The acquisition, holding, management and sale of interests in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, in the sense of a holding company, as well as any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with the aforementioned purpose, it being specified that the company may only hold interests in Switzerland in companies holding real estate serving as permanent establishments or holding shares in companies holding such real estate. Furthermore, it may carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, which relate directly or indirectly to its purpose.
