The purpose of the association is the direct and indirect promotion, development, and support of networks that use threshold cryptosystems, the associated software protocols, the surrounding communities, and their ecosystems. A dominant, but not exclusive, focus is on the dcipher network and the League of Entropy network. The association can take necessary and appropriate measures to achieve the aforementioned purpose (i.e., provide services and deliver products), generate income and profits for the pursuit of the purpose and the development of the ecosystem, plan and carry out initiatives, and participate in initiatives of other organizations or support other organizations or individuals financially or otherwise, as long as all these activities serve the association's purpose. The association can also accept donations from third parties and act as a trustee to pursue its purpose. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim for profit.
