The company's purpose is to provide legal and other advisory and services, in Switzerland and abroad, to corporations, organizations and individuals, notably advisory services for the creation of new entrepreneurial activities, legal services for the day-to-day management of corporate affairs, advisory services in matters of compliance with regulations and recommendations (compliance) and advisory services for the cessation or transfer of activities, excluding any activity falling under the Federal Law of June 23, 2000 on the free movement of lawyers and corresponding cantonal laws; it also aims to provide training to companies, institutions and individuals.
