The provision of investment advisory services, including those related to private and public investments, securities held with banks or other financial institutions, as well as real estate assets, all excluding any activity or service falling within the scope of the Financial Institutions Act (LEFin). The company may also make and hold investments in any financial or non-financial company, or related thereto, and carry out any other commercial activity related to its purpose. However, the company may not hold residential real estate or rights to residential real estate in Switzerland within the meaning of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE).
