The company's purpose is to engage in the purchase and sale, upgrading, management, construction, and operation of all real estate in Switzerland. Transactions involving real estate that are prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad are excluded. The company may, in particular, carry out the following activities in Switzerland and/or abroad: the exercise of any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether mobile or immovable (except for real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad), directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose; participation in all enterprises directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the association; establishment of branches or subsidiaries in the country and abroad; registration, acquisition, possession, and disposal of patents and other protective rights as well as acquisition, possession, and licensing; granting of loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies, or third parties, if it is in their interest or in the interest of the group of companies to which they belong; carrying out all activities related to the centralization of financial resources (cash pooling) for the group to which it belongs.
