The company's purpose is to operate one or more sports centers, all activities in the field of sports and wellness, the organization of group classes or individual coaching, as well as the purchase and sale of related products. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with a similar or identical purpose, carry out all economic, industrial, financial, movable and immovable transactions, except for those prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts that serve to develop the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees if it serves its interests.
