Primarily, the company engages in advertising and marketing consulting; furthermore, it conducts scientific, economic and industrial research of all kinds for the development of new products, purchases and sells, registers and exploits intellectual property rights, in particular patents, patent rights and trademark rights, as well as acquires and grants licenses under such rights, assumes representations, imports/exports and trades in goods of all kinds, carries out all commercial and financial transactions related to the business activities mentioned in the preceding paragraphs; it may also participate in other companies and acquire, manage and sell real estate.
