The company may carry out and provide any kind of assistance service for companies in the same sector, also in outsourcing mode; complete purpose according to the statute. The company may carry out all commercial, financial, industrial and real estate operations deemed useful for achieving the company's purpose; may acquire interests and participations in other companies or enterprises, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches in Switzerland and abroad with an analogous, related and connected object to its own.
