Purpose: a) The transportation of passengers, cargo, airmail and live animals from one place within or outside the Swiss Confederation to a place outside the Swiss Confederation or to a place within the Swiss Confederation, as well as any other activity directly or indirectly related to this service. b) Sale of flight tickets on behalf of transportation companies, institutions or persons whose activity is the transportation of passengers, or sale of flight tickets on behalf of transportation companies, institutions or persons whose activity is the transportation of passengers. c) Establishment and expansion of a ticket sales office for the sale of air tickets for the transportation of passengers, mail or cargo in air traffic. d) Purchase, sale, leasing, conversion and repair of aircraft, aircraft equipment and all related aeronautical vehicles, as well as the establishment and expansion of aircraft hangars, warehouses and maintenance facilities for the maintenance of aircraft equipment. e) Operation of all types of vehicles and means of transport for the transportation of passengers, cargo, mail and live animals by air. f) Provision of ground handling and catering services as required, as well as the provision of private passenger lounges.
