The Company's purpose is to provide business management, strategy and organization consulting services, both in Switzerland and abroad, particularly in the operation of online platforms. The Company may engage in any commercial, financial, movable or immovable operations (excluding those prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, either for its own account or for the account of third parties. It may also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, endorse or act as a guarantor for loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
