The association aims to promote beer culture and the enjoyment of beer. Additionally, it is committed to preserving beer traditions in general. Furthermore, the association develops new beer recipes and brews its own beer for this purpose. The association organizes events and gatherings on these topics and is intended to serve as a platform for exchange and networking. The association can also sell the self-brewed beer to local customers (restaurants and shops in the Limmattal region). The association is non-profit, as well as denominationally and politically neutral.
