The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, exploitation, rental and management of real estate and properties, brokerage, consulting and all activities related to real estate directly or indirectly in Switzerland or abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
