The Company's purpose is to promote renewable energy, in particular by valorizing organic matter; the purchase of organic matter, its drying and subsequent marketing; the establishment of the necessary logistics for both the transportation of organic matter and its distribution once dried, directly or in collaboration with third parties. The Company may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. It may buy, sell, rent real estate, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and participate in all financial and commercial operations and others directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
