The company's purpose is to acquire, manage and sell participations in companies in Switzerland or abroad, shares, other financial products and real estate, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as the trade of all products. The company may: undertake any commercial or financial activity related to its corporate purpose that is not prohibited by Swiss law; carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations that may favor the company's purpose and interest; establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests; conclude all contracts that may develop or achieve its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if it serves its interests.
