The purpose of the association is to promote cooperation and achieve a higher presence in the international legal market while implementing the highest quality standards. The association may participate in other undertakings, acquire, exploit, manage and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and furthermore carry out all legal transactions that may be connected with the purpose of the association or are suitable to promote its development or that of group companies.
